Tips

check out these tips that may aid in decreasing your uterine issues.

01

Be PATIENT! Hard work pays off and this is not a fast journey.  Most individuals want instant gratification but when you transition to holistic practices, the natural route takes longer than expected.  We must be realistic that it took years for these symptoms and diagnoses to develop so it will take time to reverse the damage.  It took our founder a year to reduce symptoms significantly so speaking of the #2 tip…

02

TRUST the process!  When doubt or fear surfaces, be sure to stay positive and remember that there is a greater prize for following through with your plan of action.  Every woman's body is different so the time it may take for the formula to start working will vary by case.

03

SOAK up some sun!  The natural form of vitamin D will aid in not only regulating your body temperature but also providing your body with nutrients that will improve your pain, enhance your mood, and manage body weight.

04

Be Mindful of MEDICATIONS! Our Founder did not take any medication for over 2 years before their cramps completely went away.  Be aware that if you are on prescribed medication that those ingredients may contribute to the cramps and inflammation monthly.

05

Stay HYDRATED! The more water, tea, and freshly squeezed juice you consume during your cycle, the better.

06

We are NOT a medical doctor!  However, our founder is a student, a Plant-Based Nutritionist, a former Biology faculty, and a retired Chef who lives by this formula and it works for them!  If you have pre-existing diagnoses, we can understand your concerns so practice what you feel most comfortable with.

07

AVOID foods that are processed, with added sugars and added salt!  These ingredients and methods aid in developing inflammation and PMS symptoms in the body.

08

DECREASE your caffeine intake!  Eliminate soda, coffee, pain relievers, or other food, beverages, or supplements that contain caffeine. Caffeine increases estrogen levels which activates PMS symptoms.

09

FOCUS on taking deep breaths when you feel the pain emerging!  Breathing exercises are essential when cramps are arising. Take a big, deep breath in, hold it for 3 seconds then take 3 seconds exhaling it out.  Repeat until the pain decreases to a manageable level for you.

10

Be MINDFUL of how frequently you are changing your underwear.  The sweat and bodily fluids retained in the material aids in your overall vaginal health.  We recommend eliminating underwear when you feel comfortable and you will notice the more that you allow Her to breathe than the less negative menstrual symptoms you will experience each month.

11

Do not forget to STRETCH!  Taking a minimum of 15 minutes every other day to thoroughly condition your muscles.  There are actual yoga and pilates moves that decrease cramp pain and PMS symptoms.  Fluid movement like dancing or serenading your divinity in the mirror showing full and absolute love for yourself is essential!

12

ELIMINATE all forms of chemicals and toxins from entering your body.  This includes the food, beverages, toiletries, or household items that you are currently utilizing.  Even if the ingredients show a small number of chemicals, a small amount over time will lead to a larger problem such as a diagnosis or chronic illness.

13

Do NOT QUIT! This is not an easy walk in the park but it is definitely worth it. There will be times when you want to give up but overcoming the obstacles will supersede the moment of wanting to quit once you achieve the level of eliminating cramps.  Stay disciplined as this is not an easy journey and it takes focus and consistency to achieve.  The time is now to take full accountability of the information that you acquire and use this to your advantage to become the best YOU!  Once you overcome the obstacles of the transitions, everything will then be a smooth evolution.
