Menstrual Hygiene Giveaway (All Month Long)
In honor of Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28, 2024, we will be hosting weekly giveaways to combat period poverty and advocate for menstrual equity.

About the event
For the entire month of May, we will offer educational resources and tools through our weekly podcast episodes, social media outlets, our weekly newsletters, and our blog, educating about the importance of menstrual equity, period poverty, womb wellness, and improving menstrual hygiene in an effort to honor Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28, 2024.
We will kick off the month with a podcast episode featuring Ina Jurga from the Menstrual Hygiene Day organization, then offer a weekly giveaway and conclude with a grand prize option for all those who participated in the giveaway challenge. The giveaways for each week are as follows:
-Week 1: KCA's Cramp Elixir (our herbal tea remedy for period pain relief)
-Week 2: KCA's Goddess Bath Potion (our relaxing bath mix)
-Week 3: KCA's book, "NNG's Formula to Kick Cramp's Ass! A Blueprint to Naturally Get Rid of Menstrual Cramps"
-Week 4: Our KCA Kit (our subscription box, which includes A signed copy of "NNG's Formula to Kick Cramp's Ass! A Blueprint to Naturally Get Rid of Menstrual Cramps," Garnet crystal bookmark, disposable menstrual discs (courtesy of Soft Discs), All-natural feminine wipes (courtesy of Vagesty), our Cramp Elixir tea, our Bloodstone tea diffuser, our Goddess Bath Potion, menstrual blood chart, information card, access to discounts, access to our Resource Center, and instructions on how to use a menstrual disc)
-Grand Prize (valued at $750.00): a 3-month Menstrual Therapy coaching package
To participate in the giveaway, individuals must follow our Instagram page, like the giveaway post for that week, and then share it on their Instagram story. If they comment on the post by tagging other individuals, each person tagged grants them an additional entry into the drawing. Challenges begin at 12:00 am PST on Mondays and end on Sundays at 11:59 pm PST. Winners will be announced the following Monday by 12:00 pm PST. Each individual who participates weeks 1-4 will automatically be entered into the grand prize drawing.
